The Process
Once your order is placed and payment is processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details.
Your Unicube is carefully inspected, tested, and prepared for shipment. This process typically takes 5–10 business days.
Your Unicube is palletized and picked up by our trusted freight carrier. You'll receive a tracking number via email.
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Standard delivery is curbside. White-glove options available.
Freight delivery to the curb or driveway. Customer is responsible for moving the unit inside.
Full-service delivery including inside placement and basic setup assistance.
The Unicube ships via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight on a pallet. The unit is heavy and requires freight transport — it cannot be shipped via standard parcel carriers like UPS or FedEx.
Please ensure your delivery address is accessible to a standard freight truck. If you live in a rural area or have a difficult driveway, please contact us before ordering so we can arrange appropriate delivery.
Inspect your Unicube carefully upon delivery before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours. Do not refuse delivery unless the damage is catastrophic.
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.
