In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of order unless financing has been arranged. Financing terms are subject to credit approval by our financing partners.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please inspect all deliveries carefully and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee may apply. Custom orders are non-refundable. Please contact us before initiating a return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Unicube products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies by component. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our sole discretion.
